A floor-based practice focusing on mobilising the hips, using a relaxed, fluid approach.  If the stretches start to feel too much, simply return to an easier version or a resting position, listening to what your body needs. Draw upon your inner, feminine energy to create fluidity and freedom in the pelvis and hips. Please have a folded blanket to hand for support. Sorry there's a brief pause in the sound at 34 mins during the relaxation - it comes back for the end of the class.

A lovely relaxing session, perfect for a morning when you want to stretch and wake up gently your hips and body, would be nice to continue with the top of the torso arms and shoulders in the same session which could be longer. Thank u Lyn
