This is very mellow, seated and supine hip flow, perfect for for the end of your day or anytime you need a bit of lower body love! We start the practice with some seated poses, before moving onto our backs, where we’ll spend the rest of the class.
Suggested props: 1 belt, a flat block or folded blanket to sit on, optional eye pillow.
