Hello- Nice program. I have a question. I feel really awkward when I do the IT band stretch. I really want to get it right because running makes my IT bands tight. Any hints? I'm not sure where is the best stretch for me as far as placement. I can get my leg in front to the floor, but it almost feels like more of a stretch if I hold it in the air. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense...but would appreciate any tips. thanks.
