Create space and freedom in your side body while exploring dynamic movement in the spine. Awaken your body through gentle lateral stretches, with a deeper connection to your breath to cultivate ease along your sides. We'll also take time to flex and extend the spine, building fluidity and strength in a rhythmic, flowing way. 
You will need two blocks for this class.
