Really loved your explanation of AUM - Have been doing this mantra for a number of years but didn't really understand its meaning - thank-you! Lovely, I've been reading up on Aum on the Internet and was happy to see this in here.

Tagged this onto the end of another practice session. How fascinating. I have been chanting Pali/Sanskrit mantras for 14 years (which I like to translate) but had never considered the root translation of the word mantra itself. Interesting and nourishing exposition of aum/om as well. Seems you have a grounding in both Buddhism and Hinduism. Thanks again.
