Slow, calm, seated exploration to find out your top, middle and bottom lung’s capacities. This class will: 1. calm you down and create space inside; 2. benefit your posture from the inside; 3. support the ease and range in movements of your arms.

I didn't think I would notice a physical change after this class - but I was wrong! This simple exercise really helped bring me back to the basics of yoga and the beginning of my practice when breath was my main focus.

That's wonderful to hear, Laura. Yes, I can relate to your comment.

Hi Aki, that was a very nice one! I added this class to a lung recovery playlist I did and I am so happy I found you here. I noticed that as I struggled to get my normal breathing back after a Covid19 prolonged episode, my respiratory muscles got really stressed and overly concentrated on the front part of torax. I guess it also represent an accumulation of anxiety and tension that locked the muscles and restricted a breathing that is already normal, yet still painful at times. The 3Dminensionality of the exercise was really helpful, as it helped me to surrender a bit the front of the chest to let the upper, back and side lungs work. I think I need to do some mental reprogramming to this more healthy way of breathing. I will revisit your class again! Thanks a lot!

Thanks - very interesting aspect to breathing and yoga. To feel inside rather than just doing the breathing.
