Yoga as a joyful experience, marveling the body and it's stamina, such a refreshing energizing juicy and sometimes foreign concept and embodied experience. So thank you for this. Enjoyed the mantra for peace to all of us beings.

Dread, fear and avoid, yup, that's me.... However, not today. Funny thing, I was thinking that I really need this kind of practice, physically, but realising during your opening statement that I need it mentally, more than anything. 13 years of practicing and still I struggle with the idea of not being quite good enough, as if anyone but me would know if I did 5 or 10 repetitions or took a 10 second break. Anyway, loved this class, did not do too badly and found some weak spots that would benefit from more attention. I would say it was time well spent on the mat today (it always is, but especially today :-) )

Your initial comments about slight dread in coming to an energetic practice certainly rang a bell with me and enjoyed ringing the bell later on - the breathing at end was great way to finish - feeling positive thanks
