Very interesting class, for the body as well as for the mind. It hit the right spot(s).

Wonderful class - much spicier than the 45' cardio, showing more of Tashi's range. I (therefore) had to creatively adapt some of the dogs into dolphins to have less pressure on my wrists. All about flexibility ;) and indeed bodyfulless! Thank you!

Fab. Loved this. Started 2026 with horrible cold virus so only now catching up with this program after taking it easy for a few weeks.. today is the first day this year that I felt powerful and elastic. Thanks as always for your fun and inspirational teaching Tashi. Love, Kim

Loved it! this class is going to my favorite's list. There are not so many classes like this in Yoga Easy. It is a dynamic, powerful, and quick moving sequence (maybe that is why is classified as Level 2). It is just challenging enough to get your heart rate up a little and modifications are possible in all the movements. Sometimes, a session like this is what I need to release the energy accumulated during the day in a constructive manner and be able to sit in stillness for meditation. Tashi you are the boss!

Thank you Tashi! Perfect length, perfect energy! I followed you prompt of meditating for 20 minutes afterwards. You are so right about how important that is. It really grounded me, relaxed me, and helped me focus for the day, and process all my thoughts that swirl through my brain! Namaste.

Such fun! I hesitated, thinking this class might be too challenging for me, but I really loved it. Tashi always makes the practice more fun!

Found cues a bit rushed and confusing, a lot taken for granted even for a level 2. Was surprised that no time to close the class in Savasana was allowed. It happend at times but was extrmely rare in EY classes.
