From Down Dog, you will be guided into a sequence where every round another pose is added, so be prepared to dive deeper into your strength and hamstrings! I think the first Ekhart class I did was your abductor muscles class - must have been a goody - still here 6-7years later. Liked the breathing at end where I was sitting tall after the class

Thank you! This class was soooo good! I feel so much better just after finishing! There were so many "stopped" places in my hips and legs due to too much sitting and hormonal swings. I feel almost lithe now, thank you, and so much lighter and more relaxed.

Hi Elizabeth, it's so good te read you have some low back relief with this class too! Tight hamstrings can limit the movement of the spine, so stretching your hamstrings does relieve your back! Good to read this class was of benefit to you! ❤️

Hi Paula, yes it is a real hamstring class...! Please do make sure you take breaks (you can also do part of the class and come back to it later) if it feels like too much. If you stick with it over a longer period of time, you will see more benefits. Good luck! ❤️
