Inspired by a recent visit to see my mum, I'm sharing a wrist-free practice that I've developed with her to maintain dexterity in the articulation of our body – especially in our extremities like the hands and fingers. A free-form flow that peppers detailed gestures and playful pathways throughout – ones that can be tailored to your body's needs. No props needed.
