Wow Julie!! You've really outdone yourself with this one. Wonderful work with the upper body in such a gentle way. I think this class would be perfect for a yoga beginner, so if anybody reading this comment is on the fence, go for it! This is another one that also reminds me of my days in modern dance. Julia, thank you so much for this marvelously delicious practice! As a yoga teacher I find a lot of inspiration from all the teachers at Ekhart Yoga, but this class was truly one of the most amazing I've taken. Very grateful for this morning practice! Thank you Julie! The pace of the class gave me the time to deep in and be in communication with my body fully. The flow gave me great sensation being sometimes like water on a river!
