Join me in a practice we can do daily in the third trimester to keep mobile, ease aches and pains, and gently help prepare the body for labour. We move the spine in all direcions, release tension through the neck and side body, find mobility and space through the lower back, pelvis and legs, as well as working with a little bit of lower body strengthening for support. Ending with a gentle relaxation, this is a balanced daily practice for this unique time.
