This class uses Bakasana (Crow pose) as a starting point to cultivate confidence in bearing our own weight, however far we choose to go. We will explore different approaches to the posture so we can find our own ways of accessing balance on our hands, including the 3-handed crow that promises to bring even the most skeptical off their feet!

Thank you for this sequence! As a teacher, I appreciate the progressive breakdown of the arm and inner thigh movements which I had not thought to bring to my students. Removing the balance for most of the sequence gives everyone find a way to activate these muscle actions. Then repetition can help them gain the confidence to move into Crow.
