Have fun with strengthening your core today! This challenging 30 minute core strengthening flow emphasises the awareness of the entire axial skeleton as your core. From crown to tail working the spine and the muscles that support the spine in the six directions: flexion, extension, lateral flexion both sides and twisting both sides.

I discovered your classes just last week and I really love them. I gave birth 3 months ago and your classes are really great to get my strength back - I nevertheless still omit the movements training the straight belly muscles directly, but otherwise I do everything and feel great. I am really looking forward to more of your classes - you explain really good and you are so positive - thank you for your great work!

Beautiful practice, Jennilee! Just what I needed tonight.........it has left me feeling relaxed and uplifted at the same time. A little gem of a class I have added to my Favourites for when I am a bit short on time but want a nice challenging 30 mins. The 'core' is everything :-) :-)..........C X

Thanks, Jennilee! You are amazingly STRONG! I popped this class into my favorites so I can do it again (and again) to build up my core. I'm new to Yoga and only made it through 22 minutes.
