Connect to your whole body with this uplifting all levels practice. We will beginning with standing lunges and squats to warm up our legs, then we will flow into planks, side planks and abdominal curls for a full-spectrum core challenge. You will explore both classical Pilates moves and contemporary variations such as Criss-cross, Scissors and Mountain Climbers, designed to build heat while keeping your focus on precision and control. Expect to step off your mat feeling energised, with a strong centre and a calm, clear mind.
