Connect to your whole body with this uplifting all levels practice. We will beginning with standing lunges and squats to warm up our legs, then we will flow into planks, side planks and abdominal curls for a full-spectrum core challenge. You will explore both classical Pilates moves and contemporary variations such as Criss-cross, Scissors and Mountain Climbers, designed to build heat while keeping your focus on precision and control. Expect to step off your mat feeling energised, with a strong centre and a calm, clear mind.

Wow! This was definitely a challenge for me within my regular Pilates practice. Vanessa makes these challenging exercises (almost) bearable with her lovely coaching. Feeling energized and alive if a bit wiped out after practice. Looking forward to revisiting this one as I progress in Pilates.

WOW. Your classes are really challenging for me, at least parts of them, but that also gives me very clear indications towards what I need to work on. I needed to pause and catch my breath a couple of times, but I am feeling great after the class and I am sure that keeping on working with these pilates classes along side other things I do on a daily basis I will soon be back on track and able to live and be as active as I like.
