Nice class! I'm new to mat pilates (I typically take a reformer class once a week. You queued several times to "maintain the lower back at same distance from the floor", are all the moves meant to be done with a neutral spine? I didn't hear instruction for neutral vs imprint. Thanks and look forward to your classes! Namaste
