Dear Tashi, I'm so glad I found your classes here on Ekhart! I just turned 35 and am realizing that I need to engage with more vigorous workouts in order to feel best in my body. Dear Tashi, I am enjoying your classes so much and feel really stronger...the focus of each class has make me realize my strongest parts and my weak parts....so I even enjoy repeating classes... Also a wonderful point...I feel sore to a point I enjoy it...and would like more. It is a progressive build up classes that make me strong in all senses. Namaste

A wonderful class, it has the perfect balance between (useful) fitness and strength on the one side, and reflection on the body on the other. Note (to myself more than anything): I did this class first thing out of bed and my upper back and neck were quite stiff for the first part. I could barely lay on my back without peeling off at the edges, so I stooped the video and did a bit of warming up and stretching on all fours before continuing. I loved the deep abdominal training (almost) without burn - although, on this last part, who am I kidding?! thank you Tashi!

Great class Tashi! I was afraid it might be too hard for me but actually, as you said, the idea is not to have a "hard" core but more of an "activated" core. And my core feels definitely alive now. Thank you for yet another original and playful sequence.
