Cool your body inside and out with this sequence, which includes a cooling breath and forward bending poses. When a body that's a bit overheated (inside or outside) cools down, you notice your mind settle, your body relax and a general feeling of wellness arises.

Esther! How interesting! I must say I really felt the cooling effects of this practice! In these hottest of summer months, I work in the garden early in the morning until it is too hot to do so. I was intrigued to find this practice waiting for me this morning when I needed a good cool down. The effect was noticeable! Thank you so much! xox

Hi Janis, I use a motivaider. You can google it, bit expensive but I have it for almost 10 years now :)

Nice class Esther, I actually have cooled down inside and out. Practicing yin is a big challenge for me - I have the tendency to always focus on the yang. Thank you for this class.

Dear Esther, Thank you so much. My life is changing tremendously and I am finding I am looking back and wanting some recognition and acknowledgment of all that I have given. It hurts me so. All my life changes have been similar. I am finding my heart hurts so. I become confused and unsettled due to this. I try and try and try to leave well alone.
