I loved this practice. There are a lot of props. Do you transport them all when you travel? When you are traveling a distance and have to change planes, what would you recommend to do at the airport to get rid of some of the stiffness?

When I travel I don't bring props, I use what I can find in the place I am. On the airport, be creative, do what you can and feel comfortable with, stretch out, swing your arms, do some shoulder stretches, some twists, sweep your arms, basically get the energy moving. Hope that helps Rhonda..
