This class focuses on how to work the knee joint from the muscles of the leg to avoid hyperextension at the knee. By paying attention to "the content" (muscles and fibres of the leg) and moving that content into "the container" (skin), you will experience a new way of creating meaningful actions in your legs. This will be applied to different poses.

This was a useful instruction for me to keep my knee from moving inwards in Warrior 2 rather than just pushing it out from the knee itself. Always learn something useful from your classes. Thank you

I feel like a human puzzle every time I’m practicing with you, everything is in the detail, something that my best friend would say, and it worked, feel different, I like the feeling specially forward bend was awesome and usually I can use a block but felt that strain on the knees, this time was like ok let’s do it, elbows went to the floor and no strain breathing was normal not forced, triangle pose I felt what you were saying at the start of the class my knee move to the front without bending the leg. Adela keep amazing me! ॐ Mucho mucho ♥️

This was awesome for me! I have knee problems and my left hamstring is screwed up. This class has helped me rediscover poses that I've done a million times before and do some others that I usually avoid such as dandasana or paschimottanasana. I'm excited to see how I integrate this into my future practice. Thank you so much!

Super!! Your instructions are so technically integral and clear there is no way to mislead or not follow properly! I love this way, especially for us trying to apply poses from our place, having virtual presence of our yoga teacher; Thank you Adela once more! I will follow your tips. I enjoyed especially this feeling of "spreading" my legs and feet muscles on the floor.
