Thank you all for your sweet comments! @Thuy: Thank you for your compliment :) The best thing to do if you have some challenges understanding English, is just take classes and feel in your body what the poses do. Good classes to stretch the legs and back are; "Low back release class" and "Yoga class for the low back and hips" Both are on the site! Good luck and let me know how it's going! Sandra
