A wrist-friendly practice for the end of a long day (or any other time!) that uses Child’s Pose as a foundation to move around in other ways. The whole practice is slow and low to the ground and requires fairly strong and stable knees as we’ll be on them quite a lot. We will move the ankles, knees, hips, spine and shoulders and eventually finish lying down.

Really wonderful practice on a low energy day when fighting off a cold. I have had some knee sensitivity recently but was easily able to manage with some added padding. Thank you for this new option!
