20 minutes of Hatha, a few minutes of meditation, then 20 minutes of Yin. In this class we'll explore the connection between the second chakra, our core, the back of our body, the Yin meridian - plus emotions like fear and connectedness.

That was just what i need and feel will come back to often, maybe even daily at the moment! thank you. I have a question regarding the muscle movement you talked about with the fingers on the hips and the breath at the end, i am not sure I got this, can you explain anything more or tell me the name of the muscle so i can look at it online. Thank you, and look forward to the next in the series

Hi Rebecca. The exercise was meant to generate some awareness of the transversus abdominis, the deeper of the oblique muscles. The fibers of this muscle run parallel with the earth, I hope this helps!
