This yoga practice focuses on slow mindful movements, working towards a seated sequence. In this class around the Crown / Sahasrara chakra we work from the ground up and from that grounding arises a natural upward expanding movement out through the Crown chakra. Experience how your mind becomes quiet, and your energy expands beyond the boundaries of your physical body. You will feel absolutely wonderful after.

Dear Tina, You don't have to follow the classes in that specif order. Go to the program and just intuitively feel what chakra you would like to work on! You can't go wrong. Glad you enjoyed the program. Esther

I really loved this series.. each one has something new to teach me. How can i come back and practice again?Do i have to start from the first chakra class? And then do i have to do all the classes i a row?.. Thank you very much,you are an inspiring person for me..

Thank you Esther! I thoroughly enjoyed these seven classes and find them a perfect compliment to my all time favourite class - your yin class for balancing the chakras. It was lovely to take time to tune into each energy centre and they are classes that I will return to often. Thanks again x

First class that I have been able to do full lotus on both sides. This was such a great series. I also think I chose the right time of my life to do this and the right days of the week to do each class. It's on the repeat list.

The fact that I am coming back to a class even when I dont think I "manage" to do or feel all the things you talk about says something about the power of yoga and your teaching :-)

Great practice. Love the pigeon. The lotus looks beautiful, but I just can't do it beause my knees do not want to reach the floor......Great explanations and a good tempo !

Great class and a great series. Esther, I'm reminding you about doing a class on all chakras similar to the one you did for us in Spain. This class does in a way touch on all seven but the sequence you did for us at the retreat would really be a nice addition to this series. Thanks!

Another great class Esther. We root to rise. It's interesting how you approached these chakra classes. They can be all over the place as you know. But you've kept it very simple and I think that is an effective way to tune in to the subtle body. This class integrated things nicely. I'm sorry this series is over!

Yes, I agree that it was effective in helping me tune into the subtle bodies. I always appreciate Esther's classes and she was the one that turned me on to becoming a yoga teacher many years ago from her beginning youtube classes. I'm glad to hear you enjoy her teachings, too.

Lovely class, I just did it in the evening and I feel relaxed yet I feel my body has been stretched with your helpful guidance. I also liked your comments regarding the energy moving upwards and it really helped me to relieve tension during the stretches. Thanks a lot. I loved it. Namaste.

Dear Esther, I had a wonderful experience following the "7 Chakras" Series. I tuned in, released, let the energy flow, and landed on the ground. I learned a lot, and will bring what I learned into my life. I am comforted knowing when things get "hectic" I can come back to this program. Thank you Helen for recommending the Yin Yoga for the Chakras class too. I look forward to that class as well. All my love, Christine PS One of my observations (there are many :)....by working on opening the energy lines from the root through the crown, my ankles and feet are freer.

Very nice class, thank you for it! Especially liked the sitting sequence and I liked that you gave the option for more advanced variations, like half lotus or full lotus. It was a great series, I surely will come back to the classes :-)

Had a great time. At about 43:00 it became a bit too difficult for my knees. Seems like there is a tendon that wants to roll over my knee cap. Going to go back to a previous video of yours that helped me get to this position and stretch out my knees. Thanks!

A lovely class, thank you, and a new experience for me to transition to Warrior II and Triangle poses with eyes closed. I have a question: when I practice Fish pose I regularly experience discomfort in my lower back afterwards and it takes me a while to fully settle into Savasana. In Fish posture I try to raise my chest as high as is comfortable and the crown of my head barely touches the floor, am I perhaps arching my lower back too much? Much gratitude for this lovely series of classes ?
