The first half of the class was perfect for my injured but recovering knee (left knee right side). First venture back into yoga since the injury. Everything felt great ....until the wall squats. Too much too early. Knowing when to stop helped me, but my knee is back to hurting again. Will venture into the class again, but slowly and gradually.

Thank you Lyn, this has been the perfect practice for me . Broke my kneecap and fibula 2 months ago , and have been a little nervous as I start to get back into my yoga practices.
