You two girls were making me chuckle...I get it! I was having trouble with my left foot and the alphabet too!! I'm a "rightie" and I am certain it would've looked like a preschooler was writing if they gave me a pencil!

Thank you, I am recovering from a badly strained ankle and am finding this very helpful. My toes have surprised me. I always thought I had a lot of flexibility there, but boy are they proving me wrong! The strained ankle toes do not want to cooperate! I also find, come the end of the practice (done twice in a row and will continue) that my hips are starting to release a bit too. Hoping this will help my calves and knees too as due to the injury they are now suffering too. Only just starting to get back into yoga now 8 weeks after the sprain. Gently does it!

Hi Sandra. So glad this class is helpful, and how interesting that you are noticing other parts of the body responding too. I hope your recovery goes well. Perhaps you've tried some of the chair yoga sessions too? Let me know how you get on. Namaste.
