Dear Esther, I really wanted to practice some yoga this morning even though my kids were around. In the end they did some of "their" yoga on my mat and I stepped to the side to follow your beautiful little class. I found the breathing to be very useful today and I feel more grounded and free at the same time. Thank you very much!

I did this after a 30 min cardio workout. Nice combo of yoga with some chi kung influence [I practice both] and the energy shake up. I really enjoyed the use of breathhold and synching and the warrior 2 movement. Great that it's only 20 mins. Pick me up class Namaste

Dear lovely Esther, I find the downward flow of energy to connect with communication a tough one; in reality I gabble to get a word in edge ways with people as they never listen to me. I also find that as I’m gabbling I then wish to recall the name of something but cannot as my mind is so tense with trying to communicate my first thought and be listened to that it becomes impossible to connect with my memory. Yet, in silence in my own space writing about things becomes easier for me to communicate how I feel; yet again…. I find or question….will or do people even want to listen to me? This Class 3) I hadn’t prepared myself as I would normally (?) it’s just that my relocating here in Epping, Essex as I haven’t moved properly in my life, and certainly not for 35 years, I have to do so much adjusting and beginning new roots and I have to try very hard to feel the pain and live with it. This was so wonderful to practice I can really connect my body and mind, whilst the sun beams around this beautiful bright white room.
