This flow starts with a brief check-in and 3 rounds of Kapalabhati breathing to aid digestion and help brighten your mind. A lovely, gentle warm- up on all fours then leads to some work for the legs and core, readying you for two rounds of a Sun Salutation B variation. We practice a balancing pose to bring all the energy back in, and open the heart and chest in a backbend. We round this all off with another pranayama exercise to relax the mind to bring you into a meditative state. In short: a bit of relaxation, a bit of hard work, some Pranayama to encourage energy flow, and a short meditation. What more can you wish for?!

This is probably such a novice question, but when doing tree pose with my yoga pants on my foot always slides off. No problem with the pose without out the yoga pants.

Hi Mary, Esther is away at the moment, hence my answering on her behalf. There's no such thing as a 'novice' question in yoga - we're always learning ;) You could try a couple of things - as you press the sole of the lifted foot into the thigh, try pressing back with the thigh with equal 'force', as if the sole and the thigh are like a magnet. You could also try placing the sole of your foot a little bit back centre of the thigh and energetically press the sole a little in and forward. If after practicing that for a while and still no luck...try some different yoga pants ;-) Some yoga pant material - especially if it's not so tight-fitting - can be quite slippery. Let me know how you get on!
