We connect to the breath, taking Nadi Shodhana to the next level when we change the length of the out-breath. With Pranayama we take control of the breath and the flow of prana, but it's just as important to let go of control and let the breath flow naturally. Then in meditation we simply observe...present, awake and at ease.
