Hi Marlene, Thank you so much for this practice. It really served me well today. I had an emotional release early on and the last two movements left me relaxed and sleepy so I laid down in Savasana at the end with the intention of surrendering to sleep so my body could integrate the energy that was moved during the practice and I was, indeed, able to take a nap. Could you tell me what the movement where we held the breath for 15 seconds does to the body, please? Or what it's purpose is? It was very relaxing for me. My mind was so focused. I loved it. Thanks again for this great practice. Namasté to you in this beautiful Sunday.

Hi Sarah! Wonderful to hear! You are so very welcome. Holding the breath as you experienced creates a great sense of silence. There is hardly any movement or fluctuation (distraction) in the body, and so you can experience the deeper relaxation, sense of space and silence. It is said that great magic is found in holding the breath out or/and in. And I have found it to be true. <3

Marlene this was ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ and then instead of thinking that I was chopping the air, I was thinking that I was chopping tacos! ha ha! Sorry, I was getting hungry in the middle of the class ha ha! Meditation at the end was really good this class was some kind of bridge to it, because it felt just right to do it. Mucho luv! ॐ

I have doing few of your classes lately..and since the work is realised a lot in the upper body and breathing...I do feel expansion in my deeper tissue creating space and some light pain...do you know what I mean? Could you give me a feedback on that? The heart opening is quite intense in some of your classes by the repetition of the movment that do really a good flow of energy.
