Brilliant! So helpful in showing me the importance of using the back of the legs as much, or more, than the front of the legs. I love these tutorials! You are getting me closer to being able to do these challenging poses.

Thank you for your little tutorial. I normally struggle to keep my back long in navasana. using blocks and wall is such a great way to address that issue. Its hard but I feel with these techniques I can slowly build it up to full pose.
