So good, I did it early morning in the freezing cold, because I just couldn't face an active class. It was the right choice for today, thank you David x

Hi Ilse... I remember filming this at home and it was also very cold (for Mallorca)... so you must have felt that vibe through the class. Glad you found it served you 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for this beautiful class! I was just looking for a restorative class that was on the shorter side time-wise, but found a beautiful philosophical exploration that resonated perfectly in my current moment of early September and Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year. Namaste from NYC David!

Hello David, After 1 Year pausing I am back to Ekhart Yoga. Realizing that I have also many situations in life where I am more like a stiff telephone pole then a flexible tree and causing pain mostly to myself. What is the key to flexibility? What comes up to me is letting go and forgiving. Maybe we hold on because we still stick to old patterns not to feel pain and emptiness. But maybe letting go makes space for life again and instead of breaking like an old stick we again open ourselves to life like a young bamboo . Thank you!
