Whilst we're very familiar with the front of bodies, the backs of our bodies are probably less well known. Join me to explore the less familiar aspects of yourself with three variations of Camel posture and some standing backbends, before heading down onto the mat with Upward Facing Bow pose – again with variations. If backbends cause you a little trepidation, let's face the fear and journey into the unknown together.
