the perfect session to do after a day sat at a desk - amazing how these movement and breath 'snacks' can reset - i loved moving out of habit in cat/cow and discovering the impact of leading with tail, crown and shoulders -thank you !

Lovely practice - great on its own or as a warm up for other exercise. I agree with Soma - 20 minute classes are perfect. Can always do two together if wanting a longer yoga session!
