This Yin sequence is designed to nourish the earth element, connected to the stomach and spleen meridians. It will also help to support your immune system during the change in season from the heat of Summer to the more introspective months of Autumn and Winter. Expect to feel deeply peaceful and grounded after this practice.

Thank you Katy, for another lovely soothing class. A deeply restful connection and grounding sensation throughout the class. I guess my only comment of change in this session would be to give us some time to rebound between the shapes, physically the body needs some time to experience the sensations dissipating before moving into the next, it just felt a little rushed there... otherwise thank you again for a beautiful session.

Thank you Katy - that was truly wonderful. I’m already aware that I have deficiency in my spleen and stomach energies and everything you said resonated with me. I didn’t realise my spleen meridian ran through my inner thigh and along the outer side of my body… I’ve had a tight left inner thigh and a chronically tight left shoulder blade/armpit for some time now. It all makes perfect sense! I’d never tried one of your classes before but this one will certainly be a regular for me xx
