Hi Clayton. That was very helpful. The tip about spreading the fingers away from the ears made a huge difference to the pose for me, More ease and greater length in the spine. At least that was how it felt. Thank you : )

Wonderful class with tips for backbending! Urdhva Dhanurasana is one of my favorite poses and today I was able to finally hold it for five breaths each time!

Thank you Clayton for this important points, I do my back bends all the way up, I even can put one leg straight up in the air while doing the backbend and switch legs, now after see what you did, now I know why sometimes is easy and sometimes get a little harder even to hold the position, I guess I do it good positioned sometimes and others half way, and the legs and knee felt funny, I got it now, I will do practice later this, I wanted to watch the video without practicing it so I can get all the points on this important class, also I do get the back bend from standing with the help of the wall, I learned this from our good friend Raghunath, pretty fun, and I think if I'm not wrong I think I saw Andrew in one of his videos doing it without the wall, awesome stuff, thanks again and I'm looking forward one day doing the backbend from standing one day! ॐ
