Tashi offers a guided Ashtanga session with Sun salutations, standing postures and finishing sequence. You can do this session as a basic, daily practice or a short form on busier days. You might like to pause this class after the standing sequence to do some of the primary series seated postures and join Tashi for the finishing series. This is a great practice resource if you are starting an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga practice - or if your practice is established, you can use this on the days you prefer to be guided. Be mindful, don't go further than your body allows and modify as necessary.

Thanks Tashi, I enjoy the ashtanga yoga, although I won't say I am established in it. I would like to do more of it with you. I've only ever done the primary series. Your instructions are easy to follow even when faced away from the screen, it would be lovely to learn more of the other series with you. xxx

Thanks so much for this practice,Tashi. Really calming and present with the counting of breaths and balance of effort and ease. Definitely goes to my favourite list! Would love to practise more of this style.

Thank you so much Tashi, enjoyed all the process and great calming instruction. But some poses of inversions not quite to get into there like headstands, so its so lovely and inspiring to watch you performing beautifully in those difficult poses. Really appreciate it!!! Namaste

Dear Tashi , Loved your explanation and modifications . I gave a question . When in the closing posture in djana mudra .I saw you closing your eyes. Or Should we have our eyes open and stare?Drishti shambhavi ? What sould you recommand? Roliena . Enjoyed it ! Thank you

Hey Roliena, sorry about the delay in my response, I prefer closing my eyes but I know many who practice with eyes half open, I like to rest my eyes at this stage of my practice, I think you can feel your own way and choose what is best for you... Enjoy your practice 🙏
