great analysis of the parivrtta trikonasna. i understand the step-by-step process of the pose better now. one question: when you bend at the hip, climb the front hand up the wall, and twist on the right side, do you pull the the right hip away from the wall or do you paste the hip to the wall? thanks.

Hi Tehmin so once in position move hip away from wall to help you work into legs more..naturally the hip will want to swing towards wall. Lift it up and draw it back. Namaste

Brilliant alignment tutorial. Do please add more to this lab! It complements the beginners course. As a long-time practitioner I value more and more how anatomical analysis helps deepen the practice on the most individual and free level. Eventually, it enhances flow. I love your unfangled style. It is, also, great to keep cautioning us not to do ourself unneccessary injuries.
