Hello Sandra, Be mindfull when stress is felt in the neck. The neck should feel free and without tention. Adjust the pose to a milder variation, lay flat on your belly but with chin forward, or hold the pose for a shorter duration. All the best

for me quit a though practice, but I love the focus on the heart region. Do you have more videos where you focus on the breath? Work with the breath? Namaste
