The muscles on the inside of the legs are responsible for keeping the bones in towards the midline. This class strengthens and stretches this set of muscles to bring new awareness to the inner thighs. We’ll practice some butterfly variations, wide legged forward fold variations, different kinds of lunges and frog pose. We finish with a passive stretch of the inner legs and a little mantra serenade. 

Props: block and a belt.

Well done. I felt new awareness in an area less considered. After, I could really feel adductor support in Vrksasana which freed up the hips and allowed me to feel the action from the feet. Please consider a corollary for the shoulders to increase awareness of scapular retraction (low traps, low rhomb, lats...) with rerence to the C and T spine.
