A different way to explore transitions between postures: join us for some 'asymmetrical' jumps! This way of transitioning between postures is not suitable if you have any lower back or knee injuries, but you can still move through the practice by simply stepping between the poses. We continue the practice with seated postures and a passive twist. You will need a block - or a thick book (the thicker the better) - for the balancing part, a chair and a blanket or two for the final relaxation where we enjoy a passive inversion.

Fantastic practice! Little shake in my legs but is fine when I used the block and those jumps to get into the poses was fantastic. Always nice to learn something new from out of the ordinary. This and many of your classes that I had been practicing with you truly enjoyed in the best way. Thanks for doing this. Keep up the awesome work. Namaste???????
