Lovely to do on its own as a meditation if sitting isn't your thing and great at the beginning of a movement class. Even though I love a sitting meditation, I also regularly meditate standing up. It gives an extra grounding dimension and is also easy to do out in nature. Nothing beats a moment of meditation outside....

Thank you Esther for this lovely meditation - I could really feel roots growing from my feet and the subtle waving movements of my body. My mind decided to bring me in my beloved forest while meditating - and I am looking forward to try it out for real in Nature now ;)
