Ohhh... I feel so touched by this, dear Tracey. What a beautiful way to get immediately into connection with my inner presence. I work as a teacher and I am currently marking termpapers and they drift me into so many directions. Your lovely way to refocus comes along like a blessing from the universe. I tap regularly with EFT, so I love that you integrate this in here and I never knew that tapping along the hairline feels so nice. What a wonderful comment to receive, Lucy! I am very glad you found these techniques helpful. Keep experimenting with the tapping. I find also that tapping along the base of the skull, up either side of the centreline of the skull, and then along the hairline is also very nice!
