Hi Jeff...did my first two practices with you this afternoon! The Yoga Nidra-Guided Relaxation and this practice. I really like them very soothing and certainly relaxing. I have a question the sequence in minute 14...I cannot get my left buttock down. I am sure it is ok but just wanted to ask you if this is common...My right buttock came closer to the floor when we did the other side, but my left hip is not great. Many thanks! :)
