Relax and unwind your system with a gentle flow of poses. This class begins with waving and undulating the spine, mobilising the back, chest and side body. Next, we move into Monkey pose to free the front of the legs and hips. We finish the practice with a standing, wide-legged twist to wake up the inside of the legs and gently unwind the spine. Keep a couple of blocks handy for this class.

Lovely class Esther. My hamstrings really cramp up when trying to reach back to get to my foot, so I have to just adapt that bit. Been doing yoga for over 5 years and nothing has made that move any more feasible for my body.
