We take our time in this long and strong practice. We begin with a little oblique-focused core work and twisting actions on our back. We follow that up with Sun Salutations and some juicy hamstring work. Next up, a few standing balances and some deep, twisting actions. Sprinkled through, a little side plank and a dash of Warrior 3. We've got an hour so we have time for a second helping of core work and a few backbends at the end! We wind down with Pigeon variations for the hips, giving us a nice, well-rounded practice and a blissful Savasana.
