In this practice, we access seated poses such as wide-leg poses and cross-legged poses to mobilise the hip joints, so please have a cushion or block to hand. Go to your comfortable limit and ease back and rest when the body needs to.

Thank you- this was a beautiful class!! So calm and gentle to my hips to get into my Lotus pose . Feeling so happy and the best part to get into that comfortable lotus position, with I don’t normally seat into that pose. Namaste🙏🙏

Thank you, Lyn, for this lovely practice. I'm going to use it regularly as part of my quest to loosen the hips and get to a lotus pose.

Thank you Lyn for this practice. I had to adapt my posture because both my knees are painful but anyway I was present to this 30 minute's work. Have a good day

Thank you Lynn for this soothing practice...a question...on Lotus pose it was not my knees or hips that complained it was my feet as they bent outward. Do you have any suggestions for strengthening my feet? 🙏🏻
Teresa12.09.2020
Thank you Lynn...after I wrote to you I remember this class which I did last year in May! I will now repeat the practice 🙏🏻
