A short, Kundalini-style meditation to get you back to centre. We'll practice an 'anti-stress' breathing technique and a mudra to help you to create more space when life is busy and you're feeling overwhelmed. You can also extend this practice for a longer period of time, if you like.

I enjoyed this. Haven’t done anything like this before. It almost increased some anxiety for me, maybe? My foot cramped and some of my facial muscles got tight (around my mouth) with a little bit of tingly feeling near the end. I was sure to take full breaths in and out. Any thoughts on this reaction? I do feel less scattered though and my headache is gone. I would like to try it again another time.
Esther14.10.2019
Hi Sydney, that reaction can happen, this is the involuntary contraction of muscles that occurs when CO2 decreases significantly in the body. This can happen during breathwork when we breathe really fast or exhale forcefully or too much – so the rate or volume of breathing eliminates more CO2 then the body can produce. This is nothing to worry about. A more "soft" explanation is that we work through blockages when that happens... If you prefer this not to happen slow down the breathing, reduce the forcefulness or duration of exhales (just lightly “let go” of breath), move/massage hands or other body parts experiencing this cramping. Hope that helps.
