That was so informative Jennilee! As always, I love your style and I learn so much from your classes. I came across PNF (no idea what it was called) a long time ago in a class with Esther and it was so effective. I had been looking for that class recently but there is so much now on this website, I was unable to find it again. And then this class pops up..... thank you so much! I am sticking to somatics and therapeutic classes for the moment due to lower back/SI trauma, but hope to be able to practice at least some of this class soon. 🙏

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I learn so much from your classes which is so helpful for my class instruction. I have been stretching for a long time, but doing this class gave me the definition for stretches and a whole new outlook on stretching and how important it is.

Dear Jennilee, this is such a great best of movement! These different ways to practise can be found in several EkhartYoga-classes, but I don't know one, where all of them are in a "collection" - so good, my body and me are loving it!
