@Annemarie Yeah.. heat :-) You can like the chair pose for the benefits Roxanne, it just asks that little more of you, if you do it right, so it will really increase your foundation of strength and stamina practiced regularly ! @Noreen, Absolutely, if you rush through your Sun Salutes, you miss out on a very grounding energising aspect..

Lovely pace Esther, thank you! I usually rush through these while warming up, but your pacing helped me concentrate on my breath (which is the point isn't it?)
